We track building permits in 720+ cities across 25 states. New cities are added monthly. Browse the full directory at /cities.

How fresh is the data?

Permits are collected daily from official city open data portals (Socrata, ArcGIS, CKAN). Most cities update on a 24-hour cycle, so new permits typically appear within 1–3 days of filing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel through your account settings — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer team plans?

What format is the data?
