How We Earn Trust
PermitGrab uses official government sources rather than purchased directories. Every market page shows the source date, scope, and fields currently available, so you can decide whether the record is current enough and useful enough for your own research.
We do not imply that a permit guarantees a job, that a public record is an exclusive lead, or that every market publishes the same contractor, owner, phone, or project-value fields. Where the public source is limited or delayed, we say so.
