PermitGrab was built with one goal: help contractors and construction professionals find leads faster. Every day, thousands of building permits are filed with city governments — each one representing a potential job opportunity. But finding this data meant navigating dozens of different municipal websites, each with their own search interfaces and data formats.
We built PermitGrab to solve this problem. We aggregate permit data from 85+ metro areas across the United States, normalize it into a consistent format, and deliver it to contractors who can actually use it to grow their businesses.
