What these status tokens do—and do not—say
SAFE, SWARMP, UNSAFE, and No Report Filed are DOB publisher filing-status values. They are not judgments about a building’s present condition. A filing may be historical, amended, or followed by later work; confirm consequential facts with DOB and the responsible parties.
