Pick any city we cover and see the real number of recent building permits, active contractors, code violations, and property owners available as contractor leads — straight from official municipal feeds. Free, no signup.
Each number is a real count from PermitGrab's production data, not an estimate. Total permits is every building-permit record we hold for the city. Active contractors counts the distinct contractors who pulled a permit in the last 90 days — the ones actually working right now. Code violations is the count of municipal code-enforcement records on file. Property owners is the number of county-assessor owner records available for absentee- and out-of-state-owner outreach.
Across the whole platform, PermitGrab tracks 791,281 permits in 1,681 cities, 254,049 contractor profiles, 489,356 code violations, and over 18 million property-owner records.
